Funny thing happened the last few years. I had the worst case of writer's block that I've ever had. I was one of those authors who thought, "it'll never happen to me". I thought I could just pick up a pen and pad, or jump in front of a computer and go to work. Well, it hit me and hit me hard. I couldn't write one sentence without feeling uncomfortable. It was terrible. Then, an illness happened and suddenly I became afraid that I wouldn't finish my life's work in writing. I passed around ideas with a good friend and I was back. I was determined that, as long as I was alive and able, I would at least start the second stages of the Hangman Universe (HMU).
So now, with my publishing set-back, while waiting on the Grand Librarian: Life of an Immortal to be published, I continued writing and finished, Father Tom Padilla: Mark of the Demon Priest. I'm getting ready to send it to editing. I've starting writing, Jericho Caine Vampire Slayer: Redemption. It is no secret that Jericho Caine is my favorite character, so I've been having fun writing his novella. Finally, the last novella in the second stage belongs to the bad angel, BA, entitled, The Bad Angel: Guardian of Purgatory, As stated before, these novellas are a lead-up to the novel, The Hangman Returns. I've got a few ideas and jotted down a few notes for the return of the coolest demon ever unleashed on earth, so stay tuned.
